“Flight KC7277 en route Atyrau - Aktau, which was supposed to depart on November 2 at 06.40. However, the airline was forced to delay the flight due to weather conditions in the city of Aktau,” reported the FlyArystan press service.
On November 2 at 21.50, the plane failed to land in Aktau due to heavy fog and returned back. The next day at 7 am, the plane failed to land again.
According to the local publication Ak Zhaiyk, the plane was rescheduled several times, passengers were unhappy with the lack of hot meals and other amenities during the waiting period.
“During the delays, passengers were provided with water and hot meals, as well as, upon request, accommodation in a hotel and letters of guarantee for compensation for the cost of housing,” the FlyArystan service responded.
