Food prices growing due to inefficient work of akimats - Zhumangarin

Astana. February 7. KazTAG - Food prices have been growing largely due to the inefficient work of akimats, said  Serik Zhumangarin , Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan.
“In terms of goods, the maximum growth since the beginning of the year was recorded for onions - by 22.5%, rice - 5.2%, cabbage - 4.1%, milk and carrots - 3.1%, potatoes - 3%, horns - 2 .6%,” said Zhumangarin, speaking at a government meeting.
According to him, price stabilization mechanisms are not fully implemented in the regions.
