For the first time, schoolchildren in Kazakhstan take a unified exam in the Kazakh language

Astana. May 27. KazTAG – For the first time, schoolchildren in Kazakhstan are taking a unified exam in the Kazakh language, the agency’s correspondent reports.

For the first time this year, grades 5-8 and 10 are taking an exam in the Kazakh language by May 31; schools set the exact dates for taking the exam independently.

It consists of two parts: written and oral: listening, speaking, reading, essay. There will be no strict consequences for those who do not pass, Minister Gani Beisembayev promised.

Let us remind you that this proposal was voiced at the congress of Kazakh language teachers and at a meeting of representatives of the teachers’ association.
