Foreign Ministry confirms detention of Kazakhstani citizen suspected of beating son of Zhvanetskiy in Moscow
Astana. January 15. KazTAG - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan has confirmed detention of a citizen of Kazakhstan- student of Moscow state institute of international relations, suspected of beating Dmitriy Zhvanetskiy, son of well-known humorist Mikhail Zhvanetskiy.
"The representatives of the consular department of the embassy of Kazakhstan to Russia checked the information and contacted the police. It was revealed that Kazakhstani student was detained on suspicion of the attack on the citizen of Russia. Investigation is underway," said Aibek Smadyarov, spokesman of the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan.
He said no other information has been reported to the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan.
Moscovskiy Komsomolets reported on January 10 that two students from Kazakhstan Asylbek Khisami and Alisher Kabylov were detained in Moscow on suspicion of beating Dmitriy Zhvanetskiy, son of well-known humorist Mikhail Zhvanetsiy.
