"On the basis of Halyk Arena, a full-fledged hospital will be opened with an intensive care unit, appropriate equipment, and oxygen points," reads the report.
19 hospitals with a bed capacity of 4232 places are already involved in the fight against the coronavirus in the city.
"It is also planned to establish additional 150 places in the mental health center, 150 places – in the urology research center and 200 places- in Halyk Arena with a gradual increase to 1 thousand places. Thus, an additional 500 places will be provided by the end of this week," reads the report.
