Group of Iranian military ships arrived to Kazakhstani coast of Caspian Sea
Astana. April 25. KazTAG - A group of military ships of Iran has arrived to the coast of the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan, reports the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan.
"In order to strengthen bilateral military cooperation a group of military ships of the army of Iran including Djushan rocket powerboat and Separ have arrived to Aktau. The travelled approximately 450 miles. They were met by Kazakhstan rocket-artillery ship in the port of Aktau," reads the message.
The maritime protocol provides an exchange of visits between ships and the Navy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Navy of the Iranian Army, as well as mutual excursions of the crews of the ships.
"As part of the visit program, competitions in various kinds of sports and visits by the crews of the Navy Army of the Iranian Army to cultural objects and attractions of Aktau will be held," reads the message.
In September 2017 a group of ships of the Naval Forces of Kazakhstan in the group the Sary-Arka and Oral rocket-artillery ships visited the port of Bandar-Enzeli in Iran.
