"First of all let us sort it out with the insurance companies. Let us collect all the data, first of all with the insurance company. If we delay to do it now, nobody will get anything. We want the insurance company to provide the payments. As for the payments from our side, this work is underway; we are making calculations, investigating the details about the damages. It is hard to get this information. We can hardly reach the hospitals as everybody is working there in the intensive mode," he said.
Answering the question why the representatives of the air company did not come to the funerals of casualties and did not send their condolences he said, "everybody was shocked".
"We will come to the relatives, we will offer our apologies. We have been shocked," he said.
