Head of constructors union recommends making smaller windows in houses for heat conservation

Astana. November 18. KazTAG - Talgat Yergaliyev, Majilis deputy, president of constructors’ union, proposed to make smaller windows in the houses to conserve heat.
"We are mistaken when think that triple glazing saves heat. In reality it has been proved that energy saving glass does not always conserve heat. The effect is not big in reality," he said at the IV international conference "Energy efficient housing".
He recommends using double frames and making smaller windows.
