Head of financial department fined 2.2 mln tenge in Turkestan region

Astana. November 21. KazTAG - The head of the financial department of the Turkestan region has been fined 2.2 mln tenge, reports the agency for corruption combat.
"The anti-corruption service of the Turkestan region completed pretrial investigation in respect of Nusanbekova G., head of department of finance and planning of the Culture Administration of the Turkestan region. Nusanbekova has been adjudged guilty of a corruption crime and fined 2.2 mln tenge with a life term ban on taking posts in the state service," said the message.
She was suspected of getting 150 000 tenge for approval of a budget bid for 2020 from a director of the regional center of culture and people's creativity.
