Head of Khakassia Parliament attempting on Kazakh lands sees dreams in the Russian language
Almaty. April 10. KazTAG - Vladimir Shtygashev, chair of Khakassia Parliament, who said on Wednesday about historic rights of Russia for some territories of former USSR including East-Kazakhstan region, sees dreams in the Russian language, he said in the interview to the Regnum news agency.
Answering the question about his nationality the Parliament Speaker said that he is Khakas and does not speak his mother tongue fluently, while he sees his dreams in the Russian language. The local dwellers call the head of the Republican Parliament as their leader.
