Head of Rakhat company commented on change of one Korean shareholder into another one
Almaty. January 9. KazTAG - Konstantin Fedorets, chairman of Rakhat company, explained on the reason of buyout of 92.44% stake of Korean Lotte Confectionary Co.
"It is not connected with global changes in the shareholding, it is transfer of functions of one department of the holding into another one engaged directly in production of confectionaries," he said to KazTAG.
According to the company, Lotte Confectionary is a company producing confectionaries at the Korean enterprises.
"Both companies are different legal entities which are in the structure of one big holding Lotte," he said.
As it was reported, - Korean corporation Lotte Confectionery Co. Ltd, has withdrawn from the shareholding Rakhat confectionery. As of October 1 2018 Lotte corporation held 92.44% of Rakhat shares.
Rakhat produces and sells confectionaries and other food products.
As of October 1, 2018, the company's total assets were estimated at 43 059 434 000 tenge, total liabilities - 5 638 450 000 tenge, gross income - 10 059 034 000
