"By the order of the Minister of National Economy Asan Darbayev has been appointed as a chairman of the committee for natural monopolies regulation of the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan," reads the message.
From 2017 Darbayev worked as a deputy chairman of the committee for natural monopolies regulation, protection of competition and rights of consumers, from 2015 until 2017 he worked as a deputy chairman of the committee of natural monopolies regulation and competition protection, in 2014-2015 he headed the department of control of state enterprises and mergers of the committee for natural monopolies regulation and competition protection.
