Hearing of case of Kazakhstani student detained in Boston to commence on July 7
Almaty. July 3. KazTAG - Hearing of the case of Kazakhstani student Azamat Tazhayakov detained in Boston will commence on July 7, reports the ITAR-TASS news agency.
The jurors selection finalized in Massachusetts.
"Judge Duglas Woodlock, who is chairing the case, had declared that it was planned to select 12 jurors and six additional jurors. In the majority of American states the jurors’ commission may include people reaching lawful age. They must not be accused of serious crimes, be under arms and have medical contraindications," reads the message.
As reported, two Kazakh students of Massachusetts University- Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev were detained on suspicion of connection with one of terror act organizers Dzhokhar Tsarnayev in Boston on April 15 2013.
