“The heating season has started ahead of schedule. First of all, social objects have been connected to heating: almost 50% of kindergartens, 25% of health care facilities, work is underway to connect educational and cultural facilities. Apartment blocks will be connected to heating," reads the report.
“For residents of the private sector, coal is sold at 11 points in different parts of the city. There is sufficient fuel stock in the warehouses," reads the report.
