"I'd like to say a few words about responsibility of officials for ignorance of requirements on protection from terror attacks. Unfortunately, such organizations as schools, polyclinics and hospitals are not equipped, for instance, with rapiscans. After introduction of responsibility regulations we will have to bring to responsibility all the school principles as hundreds of billions of tenge are needed to protect our social institutions," he said.
