"Such things happen, there are dozens of such cases, at times hundreds of double citizenship facts. Litigations often reveal that people do it intentionally in order to use the social privileges, get pensions, or for border crossing," said Kozhayev.
He added that this situation takes place despite tough legal responsibility for the violation.
"About 500 people used the documents of our state although they had nationalized in another state," he said.
