"If any of the Government officials are guilty, of course (they will incur responsibility-KazTAG). Do you think Gods are pitiful to someone? Everyone must incur responsibility," said Sklyar on the sidelines in the Government answering the question if any of the Government officials incur responsibility for the plane crash.
He said, "We live in a constitutional state".
"As a curator in the aviation field, I also feel responsibility. Believe me, I feel really sad. It is a terrible tragedy. There cannot be trifles in the aviation," he added.
