Import of over 55 tons of crops products from Kazakhstan banned in Russia
Almaty. April 10. KazTAG - Import of 58 tons of quarantineable crop products 58 tons in weight has been banned from Kazakhstan to Russia, reports the Russian agricultural surveillance service.
"The Russian agricultural surveillance service from the Omsk region suppressed illegal import of several parties of quarantineable products with high phyto-sanitary risk (mandarins, carrot, apples) from Kazakhstan in the period since April 1 until April 9. The vehicles carrying over 58 tons of freights were stopped at the Russian-Kazakhstan state border. The products were produced in Pakistan and Kazakhstan," reads the message.
