Indian banker heads Tengi Bank
Almaty. June 17. KazTAG - Indian banker Dinesh Kumar has been appointed as a chairman of Tengi Bank, reports the financial organization.
"Changes were brought in the composition of the board of directors and management of the bank in New Delhi on June 11 by the representatives of the biggest shareholder Punjab National Bank and a group of Kazakhstani and foreign investors. Dinesh Kumar has been appointed as a chairman of the bank who worked as a deputy chairman and represented the interests of Punjab National Bank," reads the message.
Kumar started his banking career in 1986. He is a certified member of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He took managerial posts in Punjab National Bank and managed big branches in different regions of India. Since February 2016 he worked as a deputy chairman- member of board of Tengri Bank.
