International channel of cocaine supply from Brazil suppressed in Kazakhstan
Astana. October 14. KazTAG - The international channel of cocaine supply has been suppressed from Brazil to Kazakhstan, reports the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan.
"The NSC department of Almaty under interaction with the NSC department of Shymkent has revealed and suppressed an international channel of cocaine trafficking from Brazil transiting the UAE to Kazakhstan and further to Turkey," said the message.
M. Satybaldiyev, citizen of Kazakhstan, was detained in the airport of Almaty on suspicion of contain smuggling.
"Sarybaldiyev was carrying 42 capsules of cocaine about 460 grams in weight in his stomach which were removed by medical staff of the city clinical hospital of Almaty," said the message.
