Investments into processing industry dropped by 40% since January
Almaty. June 28. KazTAG - The investments into processing industry have dropped by almost 40% since the beginning of the year, reports the National Bank.
"In January-May 2019 the investments into fixed capital amounted to 3.9 bn tenge, 78% up in comparison to January-May 2018. The investments grew up in the mining industry (by 29.9%), agriculture (by 52.2%), and construction (by 49%). Investments into processing industry lowered (by 39.5%), trade (by 3.8%), transport (by 35.2%), real estate operations (by 0.1%)," reads the report.
Investments activeness of economic subjects "has shown positive dynamics"
"The highest share of investments was injected in the mining industry (54.6%), real estate operations (12.7%), transport (7.3%), processing industry (6.6%) and agriculture (3.2%)," reads the report.
