Both buildings were constructed in dangerous closeness to the water zone, if not on the water zone. It is located in Satpayev-Vestovka crossing. It looks like the white building is located on the land of Kasteyev museum. The red residential complex is constructed line on line with the parking of the National Bank. Our company, 3 Element repeatedly offered the city administration to create a real 3D map of Almaty which clearly defines the red lines. The city administration did not respond. I understand that it is easier to issue permits by hand, it gives a chance to get adapted to the position of the constructor," he said.

"The local inhabitants say that the hotel was constructed for an international franchise, but the city administration did not issue the permit due to the water zone. Our city needs an electronic map so that the constructor could see the risks," he resumed.
