Japanese surgeons made surgery to Tajikistan consular injured in Afghanistan

Almaty. May 19. KazTAG - Japanese doctors made surgery to the consular of Tajikistan injured in Afghanistan, reports the Tajikistan Telegraph Agency (TajikTA).

"Rustama Makhmudi, consular of Tajikistan, was given surgery by Japanese doctors in Badakhshan province in Afghanistan. (...) His condition is satisfactory, said Abdulfaiz Atoyev, head of department of information of MFA.

Unknown people attacked the car of Tajikistan consular by fire on May 16 in Badakhshan province. The diplomat suffered several gunshot wounds. The accident is being investigated by the law enforcement bodies of Afghanistan and Tajikistan.
