"We have filed our application. We have collected about 200 signatures. 10 editorials signed it in Almaty. They rejected our application to hold the protest action in Almaty. It won't be held on March 2," said Serikzhan Mauletbay, journalist.
He said the discussion of accreditation rules will be held at the round table on March 4 in Novotel hotel.

In case these amendments are adopted, access of journalists to the arrangements will be toughened. The document has been offered for public discussion until February 27.
