Kabul and Moscow plan to amplify military-technical cooperation

Almaty. April 23. KazTAG - Hamid Karzai, acting President met Zamir Kabulov, special representative of Russian President to Afghanistan in Kabul, reports the Afghanistan Telegraph Agency (AfTAG).

"The parties discussed prospects of cooperation expansion between Kabul and Moscow, including in economic, political and military-technical fields," the agency said on Wednesday.

The Russian diplomat passed gratefulness from Russian President Vladimir Putin "for independent position" concerning the situation in Crimea.

Earlier Karzai publicly expressed his support of the referendum in Crimea that called negative response of the US.
