“Finally sentence Kairat Satybaldy to 6 years in prison with confiscation of property with deprivation of the right to hold positions in the public service for a period of 10 years,” said judge Nurlan Bayakhmetov.
Satybaldy was appointed to serve his sentence in the institutions of the medium security penitentiary system.
