The portal of legal statistics and special records bodies reported that the Anti-Corruption Service is looking for Azamat Kapenov. The case was registered in the East Kazakhstan region.
The media call him Karim Massimov's son-in-law, allegedly he was married to the eldest daughter of the former head of Massimov.
