"They are Kazakh, but they have the citizenship of Russia. They have a double status. They can get both Russian and Kazakhstani support measures. We have many different projects in the development institutions, we will discuss them," said Talgat Aduov, First Vice President of Fund Otandastar.
According to the report, "Kazakh card" will help foreign compatriots to take part in Kazakhstani state programs, study and get financial aid.
