Kazakhstan and EU to negotiate new cooperation agreement on May 12-14 in Astana
Astana. May 12. KazTAG - The 6th round of negotiations concerning new agreement on expanded partnership and cooperation between Kazakhstan and the European Union will be held in Astana on May 12-14, reports the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning.
"The 6th round of negotiations on the new agreement on expanded partnership and cooperation between Kazakhstan and the European Union will be held on May 12-14 in Astana. The draft agreement stipulates expansion of cooperation fields, modernization of trade-investment and economic sections taking in account the prospects of Kazakhstan accession into the World Trade Organization and deepening of integration within the frameworks of the Customs Union and Unified Economic Space," reads the message.
The negotiations will cover trade and investments, cooperation in the field of economic and sustainable development, financial cooperation and other fields.
