Kazakhstan and Iran leaders discussed intensification of bilateral cooperation in Shanghai
Astana. May 21. KazTAG - Presidents of Kazakhstan and Iran discussed deepening of bilateral cooperation in Shanghai, Akorda reports.
"During the meeting the parties discussed deepening of bilateral cooperation and also the hot issues of international agenda," reads the message.
Nazarbayev emphasized that Kazakhstan has always been committed to the principle of mutual beneficial and fruitful cooperation development with Iran.
Hassan Rouhani, President of Iran, indicated that Kazakhstan has been a close neighbor and an important state for Iran, he expressed hope that a railway Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran will positively affect bilateral trade relations.
