Kazakhstan and Turkey preparing to sign agreement on mutual encouragement and investments protection
Astana. February 5. KazTAG - Kazakhstan and Turkey are preparing to sign an agreement on mutual encouragement and protection of investments.
"According to the national legislation of each states each party will encourage the investments on its territory. The investors will be provided with a regime which complies with minimal standards of the regime in accordance with the international law, including open and equal regime, full protection and security on the territory of another state," said the report.
None of the parties "will under any circumstances cause unjustified and non-discriminatory measures to harm the management, maintenance, use, expansion, sale, liquidation or disposal of such investments."
