Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will cooperate in oil and gas sector and military-technical field
Astana. April 15. KazTAG - Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will cooperate within the frameworks of the draft law "On agreement ratification on strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan" on 20 new directions, said Alexey Volkov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
"For the first time in 22 years about 20 new branches will appear (for cooperation-KazTAG). First of all in military-technical branch, prevention of technogenic catastrophes, emergency situations, transportation, communication, internal oil and gas supply. The parties also expanded trade opportunities, trade nomenclatures," he said.
He added besides the problems with commodity circulation Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan have been facing some other problematic issues. It is water supply and transport communications.
