Kazakhstan became the most favorable state in CA for foreign investments - research
Almaty. February 25. KazTAG - Kazakhstan is the most favorable state for foreign investments in Central Asia, reads the report "Political risks estimation for foreign investors in Central Asian states" in 2014, prepared by Minchenko Consulting.
"By the results of 2014 Kazakhstan keeps the position of the best state for investments in Central Asia, and probably, among all the post-Soviet states," reads the publication.
The rating is based on totaling of country estimations on 5 key macro factors: internal risks of regime sustainability, external risks of regime sustainability, risks of development of the main branch and economy branches, level of laws liberality for investors, transparency and sustainability of rules for investors.
Kazakhstan gained 18 points. Turkmenistan has been ranked second (33 points), Uzbekistan - third (38 points), Kyrgyzstan- fourth (39 points) and Tajikistan - took the 5th place (43 points). The maximum rate of risk for investments makes 50 points.
