Kazakhstan chairs Islamic Food Security Organization

Astana.  September 13. KazTAG - Kazakhstan will chair the Islamic Organization for Food Security , reports the Institute for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
“On the second day of the ministerial session, Turkish Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Bekir Pakdemirli handed over the chairmanship to the Republic of Kazakhstan for one year period, reads the message.
Pakistan and Egypt have been  reportedly elected as vice chair states.
The IOFS includes 36 of the 57 member states.
