Almaty. January 12. KazTAG - The national company "Kazakhstan temir zholy" claims payment for lay up of 362 wagons with fuel which have been staying at the border of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, reports the KyrTAG news agency.
"The situation with detained wagons has not changed. There is also no information. 52 cisterns were allowed in November 2014, others are still staying. There is a problem of payment for laying up of wagons at the Kazakhstani railway, the expeditor company and the company purchaser of fuel are negotiating who will pay for this lay up," said Ulan Kulov, executive director of association of oil traders of Kyrgyzstan.
He added Kyrgyz oil traders will not pay for lay up of the wagons with their goods on the railways of Kazakhstan. This issue will be soled "through involvement of sides in Kazakhstan".
As it was previously reported, the law enforcement and customs bodies of Kazakhstan have been refraining 293 wagons with fuel since April 2014 on the way to Kyrgyzstan. The ground was incorrectly registered customs documents and opening of criminal case on these shipments to Kyrgyzstan.
