Kazakhstan concerned about OSCE disability to solve conflict in Ukraine- Nazarbayev
Astana. May 23. KazTAG - Kazakhstan is concerned about the signs of disability of the OSCE to solve the conflict in Ukraine, said Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Kazakhstan.
"We are concerned about the signs of disability of the Organization on Security and Cooperation in Europein resolution of flaring conflict in Ukraine. One of the reasons is absence of political will to reform this organization performed by its management even after the OSCE summit in Astana in 2010," he said.
"I am deeply disappointed that today some states plan inferior heritage of the past century: unrestraint relapse, justification of forceful methods of conflicts solution. It creates dangerous precedents for the rest of the world, factually encouraging the forms of bias in solution of interstate disputes," he said.
