Kazakhstan developed measures stimulating voluntary move of people from labor superfluous regions to the north
Astana. October 27. KazTAG - The draft law stimulating move of people from labor superfluous regions to the north will be presented to the Parliament until the end of the year, said Daniyar Vagapov, executive secretary of the Ministry of National Economy. "Reduction of population size is being observed in the north. In order to regulate these processes the Government developed new approaches for stimulation of voluntary resettlement of people from labor superfluous regions to the regions with deficit of work power... The approaches are reflected in the draft law on migration which will be presented to the Parliament until the end of the year," he said.
In his words, the main state support measures are compensation of traveling expenses, provision of housing perk, training at the professional preparation course, retraining and refreshment, employment assistance.
"The same measures will concern ethnic Kazakh people in case of their settlement in the regions defined by the Government within one year after getting a status of repatriate," he added.
