Kazakhstan launches restriction on Peru grapes import due to high pesticides consistence
Astana. May 12. KazTAG - Kazakhstan has launched temporary restriction on import and sale of grapes made in Peru, reports the agency for protection of consumers’ rights.
"On the base of the letter of the Federal service on supervision in the field of protection of consumers rights and well-being of population (Rospotrebnadzor) Kazakhstani agency on protection of consumers rights restricted import and sale of grapes made in Peru after the check revealed excess of maximum limit of metomil pesticide consistence (0.5 mg/kg against limited 0.05 m/kg)," reads he message.
According to the message the grapes was imported to Russia, Moldova, Romania, Great Britain, Belgium and Germany.
