“In order to prevent fuel shortages in the country, Magzum Mirzagaliyev, Chairman of the Board of KazMunayGas, instructed to optimize the loading of all three oil refineries to maximize the production of light oil products on February 3,” said the statement.
“Given the repeated comments of the country's leadership against the Atyrau Refinery, as well as constant interruptions in work, we will take the most stringent measures. In conditions when the issue of providing the domestic market with oil products is especially sensitive in the country, such excesses are unacceptable,” Mirzagaliyev said.
