Kazakhstan plans to deliver 100 000 cars annually to Russia by 2020

Astana. May 20. KazTAG - Kazakhstan plans to deliver up to 100 000 cars by 2020 to Russia, said Bakytzhan Sagintayev, First Deputy Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev.

"Our manufacturers are very interested to reach 50% localization level and to deliver their products to Russia. We plan to deliver up to 100 000 to Russia by 2020. We didn't use to manufacture before, we only bought Zhiguli, Volga, Moskvich," he said.

In his words, Kazakhstan will manufacture its own cars.

"We will manufacture our Skoda, Nissan, Toyota and deliver to Russia and other states," he resumed.
