"The feasibility study has shown the sum of $314 mln - it is only organization of the ground segment in Baikonur. It is budget funds. The feasibility study has shown under optimal mid-term loading the project will be profitable," he said, TASS reports.
He said the feasibility study has been completed, it is on the stage of expertise.
"According to the law the expertise takes 40 calendar days, but we will work in accelerated mode. As soon as the feasibility study goes through economic expertise we will apply to the republican budget commission with the plan of financing," he said.
He said the funding will be allocated in October-November 2018. Kazakhstan will finance creation of the launching and technical complexes from the republican budget.
