Kazakhstan ratified agreement on demarcation of state border with Uzbekistan

Astana. March 28. KazTAG - Kazakhstan has ratified an agreement on the demarcation of the state border with Uzbekistan, reports the press service of Akorda.
“The head of state signed the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the ratification of the agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the demarcation of the Kazakh-Uzbek state border,” said the statement.
On March 16, KazTAG reported that as a result of demarcation, the state border between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan increased by 5 km.
