“On May 23, 2025, the CPC oil pipeline system was put into operation after a 72-hour planned shutdown. During this period, planned maintenance work was carried out on various oil pipeline systems, oil pumping stations and the Marine Terminal. The work was carried out on mechanical and technological, power and electrical equipment, instrumentation systems, automation and control. Activities were also implemented on current and capital projects of the CPC, the implementation of which is possible only on the stopped equipment of pumping stations and the oil pipeline,” the CPC press service reported on Friday.
The consortium noted that such planned shutdowns are carried out no more than twice a year.
