Kazakhstan to impose temporary ban on products import from Russia due to foot and mouth disease
Almaty. January 16. KazTAG - Kazakhstan will impose a temporary ban on products import from Primorskiy region, Russia, due to foot and mouth disease, reports the Ministry of Agriculture.
"Temporary restrictions will be introduced on goods import to Kazakhstan from Primorskiy region, Russia, sensitive to foot and mouth disease and also on beef, pork, mutton, milk and dairy products since January 14 2019, including finished products, which had heat treatment, non-food raw materials and products obtained from the slaughter of FMD susceptible animals, used equipment for their maintenance, slaughter and processing, feed and feed additives for animals," reads the message.
