"The first CATA session was held in Nazarbayev University, where the parties adopted the constitution, signed a memorandum on cooperation and mutual understanding and elected the executive committee," reads the message.
According to the report, by the results of the session the parties reached an agreement which will be focused on development and popularization of triathlon on the territory of Central Asian states and presentation of a single position at the Asian Triathlon Conference.
"CATA members are going to combat with use of substances and procedures prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the International Triathlon Union," reads the message.
