Kazakhstan will adopt aviation legislation to EU standards
Astana. April 8. KazTAG - Kazakhstan will adopt the aviation legislation to the standards of the European Union, reports the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
"The text of the agreement between Kazakhstan and Luxemburg was considered in Brussels which will allow any European air company to make flights between two states," reads the message.
The document includes regulations of "horizontal" agreement which is supposed to adopt the acting agreements between Kazakhstan and EU to the EU legislation.
"The document meets the EU legislation. The agreement will provide a legal base giving an opportunity to any European company to fly from Luxemburg to Kazakhstan. This step will boost relations development between Kazakhstan and EU," said Azat Bekturov, Vice Minister of Transport and Communications.
The draft agreement is being prepared for signing on the intergovernmental level. It will serve a base for similar documents conclusion with other EU states.
