“New agreements were reached on opening international flights to Baikonur, Phu Quoc (Vietnam), Singapore and other cities,” said the report.
At ICAN-2024, which was held for the 16th time, about 800 bilateral negotiations were held with the participation of representatives from more than 70 countries. The Kazakh delegation also met with the aviation authorities of Russia, Singapore, Vietnam and other countries, where agreements were reached on expanding the legal framework for international flights.
The discussions included increasing the number of permitted frequencies for flights with four countries by more than five times, and establishing an “open skies” regime with several countries.
