Astana. December 3. KazTAG - Kazakhstan will increase oil production by 16 thousand barrels per day monthly  as part of a deal to limit hydrocarbon production reached between the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-OPEC + states, reports the Ministry of Energy.
“A decision was made to continue increasing the current production level by OPEC + states by 400 thousand barrels per day until the restrictions are completely lifted. The OPEC + quota for Kazakhstan in December was set at 1.556 million barrels per day, and every month production will increase by an average of 16 thousand barrels per day. The commitments will amount to 1.572 million barrels per day in January 2022, ” said the report.
