Kazakhstan will not give right for state purchases to CU states without their own electronic database
Astana. April 11. KazTAG - Russia and Belarus will not get access to the state purchases in Kazakhstan until they transfer their state purchases in the electronic format, said Rakhim Oshakbayev, deputy chair of the national business chamber.
"This issue is fundamental for Kazakhstan. Unless Russia and Belarus provide equal sites and equal opportunities, we will not open the national regime for their suppliers," he said.
In his words, Russia and Belarus have no electronic signatures. He added the national regime is stipulated in the treaty on formation of the Eurasian economic community.
"It means each party must provide equal rights for the suppliers of other states," he said.
