Kazakhstani Parliament denounced agreement on uniform order of export control of EurAsEC member-states
Astana. April 24. KazTAG - The Senate has approved the draft law "On denunciation of the agreement on uniform order of export control of EurAsEC member-states," reads the message.
The document has been sent to the President for signing.
"The agreement on uniform order of export control of EurAsEC member states was signed in October 2003 and ratified in 2005. The agreement came into force in December 2007 except for some articles which will come into force after entry of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistanin to the uniform customs territory of EurAsEC," reads the message.
In case the articles came into force they would provide free movement of goods, technologies subjected to export control on the territories of EurAsEC member states (Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan). The product subjected to export control represents threat of possible use in production of mass destruction weapons, armament and use in terror activity.
"Thus, uncontrolled movement of goods and technologies subjected to export control may result in violation of international liabilities of Kazakhstan," reads the message.
